Empresa de Investimento ilegal no âmbito do BNM (atualizado em janeiro de 2017) Em 9 de janeiro de 2017, o Banco Negara Malásia (BNM) lançou uma nova atualização para a Companhia de Investimento ilegal que não está autorizada nem aprovada de acordo com as leis e regulamentos relevantes administrados pelo BNM. A lista apenas serve de guia aos membros do público com base em informações e consultas recebidas pelo BNM. A maior parte da empresa na lista é o regime de troca de divisas ilegal e a empresa de investimento de ouro ilegal. O indivíduo da empresa listado como ilegal porque não é um revendedor autorizado ou não obteve a permissão do Controlador de Câmbio sob a Lei de Controle de Câmbio 1953 (ECA). Essas instalações são apenas uma falsa frente. 4) Os investidores podem negociar usando suas contas de negociação com a empresa ou através de negociantes nomeados pela empresa.
